But are wars must be banned or condemn by anyone in the world? Some of them do not. Wars also bring us some positive effects such as pushing our human world to have better technology produces in certain extend. So, our union still want to keep this aspect in the union flag. standard of the flag
The union government had just pass a new law stating that the union flag can be shown in all overall ratio, not just 2:3 in the past. When it is rised with length is greater than width, it still keep the colour position as normal. But for the flag details, it does not make any changes on it. |
The background colour of the flag is bluish-purple. We required to use the colour of #9999FF, in the international electronic colour code. For the white colour, it must be pure white (stated as the lightest colour).
For simpler explanation, we may divide the union flag to be four congruent parts, vertically. The top part, the middle upper part, and the bottom part are in bluish-purple. And the white part appears at the middle lower part. No other ratio other than this is acceptable.

Less than zero point five percents nations used the ratio of 2-1-1 to build the flag. IKGY Union is the best flag, meeting the requirements for " eight principles to be the best flag", which is proposed by a group of flag scholars in the "flag protocol" (click for more), which our union flag is the first flag to meet these requirements. Please note that this ratio had been used for Columbia.
